We LOVE our new home that the Renewal Remodel Team built for us! We had originally started as a remodel but realized we were going to need to tear down our home and rebuild a brand new home. We had met with Troy first for the remodel, and were so impressed by him we decided to go for it and have them build our new home. From design (Taryn) to onsite coordination (Glenn), and back to Troy and Owner, George- we were impressed with their attention to detail, great communication, and overall product. The entire process happened during the toughest construction time (COVID!) and they were amazing to work with through it all. Any issues that came up were quickly resolved and we always felt they had our best interest at heart. One thing we know, we have had many friends /family do a remodel or brand new build and end up not happy with their builders at the end of the project. Not Us! We are proud of the house they built for us and we have referred them to others. Thank you so much Troy and Team- we are so THANKFUL to have worked with you!

Renewal Remodels and Additions is the saving grace of my remodel from hell. I literally cannot say enough good things about them. We fired 2 general contractors before hiring Renewal, and I was incredibly nervous given my past experiences - but the whole company made the process painless. From the designers and architects, the walk throughs with Troy, and the countless questions and conversations with my PM Colin, everything was incredible. I never felt like I was being a burden with my amount of questions or concerns, and the process of changing and adding things was quick and easy. The quality of the work is so much better than any contractors in previously, it can't compare. Absolutely loved working with them and I would recommend them to anyone going through a remodel. They remodeled my entire basement (including laundry room/bathroom), my sunroom, and did some fixes in the upstairs of my home as well to correct previous contractor work. I really like the design process they take you through before the remodel so every fixture, material, design, etc. is completely decided upon beforehand and you know exactly what to expect. There is clear communication and ample opportunity to change or correct misunderstandings. Our project was stopped in the middle due to the City giving additional requirements to our permitting - there was some question as to the grandfathering in of one of the structures and Renewal handled all of the communication with the city and counseled me through the process of what information I needed to gather, and even helped search the WA State Archives for information. Not only is their work and customer service excellent, but they are also just genuinely great people. They're generous with their time, patient, understanding, family oriented, and they give a lot of their time to the community as well. If you're looking for a general contractor, I would highly recommend hiring them. If I had hired them out of the gate instead of finding two smaller GCs to "save money" who continually messed things up, misused my funding, and didn't permit my home correctly, I probably would have spent less money in the long run because of all the fixing I've had to do. Renewal is excellent and I'm so grateful I found them.

Renewal Remodels & Additions are bonded, licensed and insured. From the start to the finish line, staff, subcontractors, and workers were hardworking, knowledgeable, and provided excellent quality work. With remodels, there are unforeseen things that can happen. They were able to identify and solve the situation without affecting the overall pace of the project. Our wide kitchen window was not level, had to be taken apart and repositioned! We met many workers, and all were polite, treated us like we were very important, communicated well and gave us honest answers. The on site manager quickly responded to messages, and kept the project flow going smoothly with completion on the planned date. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for remodel projects.
